At Van Delmond, we take pride in the quality of our products. If something is not right with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in cases where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase and clear photos must be provided
We do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned without prior approval
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective or incorrect.
Return instructions will be provided after your request has been approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after confirmation:
- Please allow processing time with your payment provider
- Contact your bank or card issuer
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
